Returns Policy
RETURN MERCHANDIZE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) EXPIRATION
Your complete satisfaction is our primary concern. So, if you’re no satisfied with your order because you received damaged, defective, wrong sized or wrong color items, you can return the item for size, color exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the shipment provided you comply with the following conditions.
Contact us at info@gamiani.com about the return within 30 days upon receipt of the package. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since order’s delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
CONDITIONS OF THE GOODS
The item must be unused, unworned, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The Barcode Sticker under the collar must be intact and attached to returned items. Don’t remove the Barcode Sticker to try the item, otherwise you’ll lose the right to return it.
RETURNS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us at info@gamiani.com within a week’s time!
We will will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Gamiani representative to be defective.
RETURNS FOR WRONG SIZE
If the size you’ve received is not the size you’ve ordered, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know at info@gamiani.com and if you’ve actually received a wrong sized item we’ll get you sorted out. We will pay for shipping expenses.
RETURNS FOR OTHER REASONS
You can also return the item for any other reason if you abide by the following rules:
1. Contact us about the return within 30 days at info@gamiani.com. This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
2. The item must be unused, unworned, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The Barcode Sticker must be intact and attached to returned items. Don’t remove the Barcode Sticker to try the item, otherwise you’ll lose the right to return it.
3. You pay for shipping charges.
RETURN PROCESS PROCEDURE
Contact us at info@gamiani.com to request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must make this request within 30 days since order’s delivery date.Specify your order ID along with the reason for the return request in the body of your mail message, and indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
If you’re asking to return because of damaged, defective or wrong sized items(s) please send us a photo for our records so that we can process the replacement.
Print and fill out the Gamiani Return Form.
Include the paperwork in your returning package along with your returning items.
Write the RMA number conspicuously on the RMA Form to ensure proper routing upon receipt.

You will be notified when your return is received at our facilities with an indication as to what will follow.
If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds can take up to 21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once the reprint has been initiated.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Shipping Costs
In cases of damaged items, defective products, wrong sized items or shipping errors (you don’t receive the item you requested) we will will provide a prepaid return shipping label so the shipping costs will be at our expenses. In all other cases you will have to pay for shipping charges.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through PayPal, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your paying PayPal, Credit/Debit Card or bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank or PayPal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
